Project Description

This is an on-going project/program that included a full ESP migration from MailChimp to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, segmentation strategy, send strategy, KPI setting, development of email templates, ad-hoc and trigger campaigns. Goal is to increase the lifetime value of ShopSmiles customers and build a rich 1st-party data base.

Project Description

Goal is to increase the lifetime value of hum by Colgate customers and build a rich 1st-party data base. hum by Colgate has since been merged with ShopSmiles to centralize our product offering and improve customer experience.

Rakuten Viki

Project Description

As a part of Rakuten’s corporate marketing department, we provided support to our global business units that lacked the resource and/or marketing expertise. For this project, we collaborated with Rakuten Viki to develop a basic CRM lifecycle program using email during a 4-month period.
