Project Description
This is an on-going project/program that included a full ESP migration from MailChimp to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, segmentation strategy, send strategy, KPI setting, development of email templates, ad-hoc and trigger campaigns. Goal is to increase the lifetime value of ShopSmiles customers and build a rich 1st-party data base.
